SOME LITTLE BUG WILL FIND YOU SOME DAY
In these days of indigestion
It is oftentimes a question
As to what to eat an what to ba\» alone.
For each microbe and bacillus
Has a different way to kill us.
And in time thc> claim us for their own
There are germs of ♦•very kind.
In any food that you can find
In the market or upon the hill of fare.
drinking water’s just as risk\
As the so-called deadl> whiske\
And it's often a mistake to breathe the air.
Some little hug is going to iind you some day
Some little hug will creep behind you some day.
Then he'll send for his bug friends
And all your earthly troubles end
Some little l*ug will find you some day
I
The inviting green cucumber
(Jets most everybody's number.
While the green corn has i system of its own.
Though a radish stems nutritious,
Us behavior is quite vicious.
And a doctor will he coming to your home.
Hating lobster, cooked or p’ain.
Is only flirting with ptomaine,
While a oyster sometimes has a lot to say
Hut the clams we eat in chowder
Make the angels chant the louder.
For they know that we’ll ’> • with them right awa>
Some little bug is going to fi id you some day
Some little bug will creep behind you some day
Then he'll get into your gizzard.
If you lose him you're a wizard
Some little bug is going to find you some day
!
j
Take a slice of nice fried onion
And you’re fit for Hr. Munvon.
Apple dumplings kill you ticker than a train.
(’hew a cheesy midnight "rabbit."
And a grave you’ll soon inhabit.
Oh. to eat at all 1s such a foolish thing.
Hating huckleberry pie
Is a pleasing way to die;
While sauerkraut brings o:i softening of the brain.
When von eat banana fritters
Kvery undertaker titters
And the casket makers nearly go insane
Some little bug is going to find you sonic day
Some little hug will creep behind you some day
With a nervous little quiver
He'll give cirrhosis of liver
Some little bug is going to find you sonic day.
When cold storage vaults I visit
1 can only say. “What is it.
Makes poor mortals fill then systems with such stuff'.’"
Now for break fasti prunes are dandy
If a stomach pump is handy
And your doctor can be found quite soon enough
Hat a pint** of fine pig knuckles,
And the headstone cutter chuckles.
While the grave digger makes a nolo upon his niff.
Hat that lovely bologna
And you’ll wear a wooden kimona.
And your relatives start scrapping about your stuff.
Some little bug is going to find you some day.
Some little bug will creep behind you some day.
Hating juicy sliced pineapple
Makes the sexton dust the chapel
Some little bug is going to find you some day.
