bined. to exceed 420,00. or by Imprison-
ment. is hereby repealed
SECTION II
That ail such ordinances are amended
to read ns follows: "Any person, firm
or corporation convicted of violating any
of the provisions of this Ordinance shall
la- punished by fine in any sum not ex-
ceeding 41’u.oO including all penalties and
cost."
SECTION 111
An emergency Is hereby declared to ex-
ist, by reason whereof it Is necessary for
the preservation of the public peace,
health and safety of Ihe inhabitants of
said City that this Ordinance shall take
effect and la- In full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval
and publication.
