who has recently moved to oar city
from Anadarko. Okla.. Mrs. C. C.
Craig and Mrs. V. A. Hargis enter-
tained informally Wednesday after-
noon in the home of the latter at
506 South Rock Island.
A miniature Christmas tree and
other Yuletide suggestions in har-
mony with the season added a hue
of brightness to the unusually pleas-
ant occasion.
At a late hour a lovely two-course
lunch was served to the 14 ladies
present.

were Mrs. Frances Brooks of Garber,

of the afternoon with high score go-
ing to Mrs. Ahern.
