said to be the largest horse in
the world, has added more than
200 pounds during the past
year, thereby strengthening his
claim lo the heavyweight

The giant horse stands more
than 20 hands high and weighs
3,000 pounds. lie is five years
old and has not completed his
growth, according to l’outon.
Lubber is making tin* rounds
at the county fairs of Nebraska
this fall but has not yet found
anything in his class for coin-
petition. The horse is a cross
between a Shire and Belgian.
He is sound and exceedingly ac-
tive for his weight. Lubber was
bred and raised in Nebraska.
