and entertained the gueata in the
reception room. Thoae who aer-
ved in the dining room were, Mea-
dames, O. N. Goddard. J. W. Mc
Spadden, Wade Shumate. Jno.
Carding. Jaa. Johnaon. The eerv-
ing table waa kid with ahandaoma
hand. embroidered doth and

canter waa a lovely-van of red*
