plaintiff, The Graves Farm Loan
Investment Company, a corporation,
did on the 23rd day of June, 1916,
file its petition in the District Court
in and for Cherokee County, Okla-
homa, against the said defendants,
and that the said defendants, Goldie
Olenik, John Olenik and Minnie V.
Souther, must answer said petition
herein on or before the 12th day o>'
August, 1916, or said petition will
be taken as true and a judgment
rendered in said action against

the sum of $435.75, upon certain
promissory notes executed by said
Goldie Olenik and John Olenik to
The Graves Farm Loan Investment
Company, a Corporation, on the 1st
day of January, 1915, with interest
thereon at the rateof 10 per cent
from April 1st, 1916, and for costs
of suit including $60.00 attorney
fees, and a further judgment ren-
dered in said action agaisnt said
defendants for the foreclosure of a
certain mortgage securing said
promissory notes and of even date
therewith, upon the following de-
scribed real estate lying and sit-
uated in Cherokee County, State of
Oklahoma, to-wit:

Indian Base and Meridian; and ad-
judging that default has been made
in said mortgage, that plaintiff have
a first lien on said premises, to Ihe
amount for which judgment will be
taken as aforesaid and ordering said
premises to be sold without appraise
ment, and the proceeds applied to
the payment of the amount due
plaintiff and the costs of suit, and
forever barring and foreclosing said
defendants from all right, title, es-
tate, interest, property and equity
of redemption in or to said premises
or any part thereof.
