Tuesday night. A large number of
guests were in attendance and the
evening was very pleasantly spent In
music, games, and in disposing of n
splendid luncheon. Those present

A. will meet for drill at the gymnasium
-each Tuesday and Friday evenings
hereafter from 8 to 10 o'clock, accord-
ing to announcement made today by
President George E. McKinnis. Harry
Luce, a well known instructor, will
conduct the drills, and all senior mem-
bers of the association are entitled
to this drill free of charge. The Y.
M. C. A. is being placed on good foot-
ing and a new general secretary is ex-
pected within a short time to take the
position now vacant.

Ladies Entertained.
The Woodmen's Circle of the W. O.
W., Shawnee Camp No. 68, delightful-
ly entertained the sovereigns of the
camp Monday night in the hall in the
Estrs building. Refreshments con-
sisting of coffee, cake and pie were
served, and were much enjoyed by
those participating. The W. O. W._
gave degree work at the meeting prior
to the entertainment, and the organi-
zation's team did some good practice
work.
