lished a plan that enables the Esrmer
to get financial aid with the least pos-
sible expenco.
The interest rate is six percent, and
the loans are made for a period ot thirty
three years. The semi- anneal p ymerit
required to liqudate a loan of one thou-
sand dollars in this period of time are
only thirty-five dollars each.
These loans have all the advantages
of a short term loan. On any payment
;; 1 date, after the loan has been made in
lorce five years, the borrower can pay
the balance due and get a release or
j caif pay the regular payment and make
adiitional payments on the principal
ana interest Will then stop on the am-

Loans are made up to fifty percent
of the appraised value of the land, ex-
clusive of improvements, plus twenty
percent of the permanent insurable
improvements.
The borrower does not pay this bank

The boy scouts had a very fine mee-
ting last Monday night, the meeting
was well attended, and some real work
