with. Comes now the vuters and
any kind on the said land; that the
soil is in its original wild state; that
the said default in establishing resi-
dence and maintaining same has
never been cured; and that the said
alleged ahsece from the said land has
not lieen due to his employment in the
army navy or marine corps of the
I nitvd States in any capacity during
a time of war; and this the said con-
testant is ready to prove at such time
and place as may be named by the
Register and Receiver for a hearing
in the said case. Said parties are
hereby notified to appear, respond
and offer evidence touching said al-
