Dear Grandmother:-
I will try and write yop a
few lines today after so fbnfc
a time. I expect you have be-
gun to think I .had almost
forgotten you folks, blit I
haven’t; but have just kept
putting off writting to yod
until I am ashamed vof my-
self but v/ill try and do bet*
ter after this, well I expect
vou have already heard about
my accident so I. won’t jw in-
o details about it, I just got
my leg broke and that was
all there was to it, I am
getting along very nicely
with it now, but I am not a-
ble to walk on it yet but I
don’t think it will be very
long before I can begin walk-
ing a little. I am in a very
nice Hospital and in a very
