and bells and in the dining room,

served, a color scheme of pink
and white, the club colors, was

here. The Victrola furnished
music and games of various kinds
made the evening a merry one
;that will long be remembered by
the husbands.

Senior Notes
Mr McConnell received an in-
vitation from Enid to bring both
(the boys and girls basket ball
teams to the tournament this
year. Mr McConnell is thinking
pretty seriously of taking both
teams and bringing home both of
the cups.
The other class; s in high school
have certainly been casting ad-
miring glances at the Senior pins
and some of them have gone as
far as to borrow some of the pins
for an unlimited, length of time..
Beware, some of the Seniors may
not see them again.

All livestock breeders In Grant
county are requested to meet at
the court house at 2 o’clock on
February 3rd. The purpose of
this meeting is the formation of
an “Improved Breeders Associa-
tion.” Any breeder of improved
livestock is eligible to belong to
this association and is urged to
do so.
The crying need of Grant coun-
ty seems to be that of more and
better livestock and as we are
••apidly increasing the number
and improving the quality of all
our domestic animals it behoovs
us to work together for the good
