WHAT THE KIDNEYS DO

kidneys filter the blood. They Tun duy at Enid. If true here is
work night and day. When wishing them a long and happy
healthy they remove about 500
grains of impure matter daily,
when unhealthy some part of
this impure matter is left in the
blood. This brings on many
diseases and symptoms—which
vary widely but may include pain
in the back, headache, nervous-
pains, gout, gravel, disorders of
the eyesight and hearing, dizzi-
ness, irregular heart, debility,
drowsiness, dropsy, deposits in
the urine, etc. But if you keep
the filters right the danger is
overcame. Doan’s Kidney Pills
have proven an effective kidney
medicine.
Geo. Edmonds, Second Street,
Medford, says: “Doing heavy
work and working in a cramped
position, put my kidneys in

BOSCHEE’S GERMAN SYRUP
Why use ordinary cough reme-
dies when Boschee’s German
Syrup has been used so success-
fully for fifty one years in all
parts of the United States for
coughs, bronchitis, colds settled
in the throat, especial lung trou-
bles. It gives the patient a good
night’s rest, free from coughing,
with easy expectoration in the
morning, gives nature a chance
to soothe the inflamed parts,
throw off the disease, helping
the patient to regain his health.

UGH! CALOMEL MAKES
YOU DEADLY SICK
Stop Using Dangerous Drug Be-
fore it Salivates Yon! It’s
Horrible!
You’re bilious, sluggish, con-
stipated and, believe you need
vile, dangerous calomel to start
your liver and clean your bowels.
Here’s my guarantee! Ask
your d-ruggist for a bottle of
Dodson’s Liver Tone and take a
spoonful tonight. If it doesn’t
start your liver -and straighten
you right up better than calomel
iand without griping or making
you sick I want you to go back
to the store and get your money
' Take calomel today and to-
morrow you will feed weak and
sick and nauseated. Don’t lose
l a day’s work. Take a spoonful
of harmless, vegetable Dodson’s
Liver Tone tonight and w*ke up
feeling great. It’s perfectly
j harmless, so give it to your chil-
Idnen any time. It can’t salivate
so let them eat anything after-
wards.
