Can the Anadarko Commercial

to any open declaration of their
position prior to that time? The
Democrat management is asmuch
interested in Anadarko and her

welfarei as is any member of
that portion of the commercial
club which it has endorsed these
resolutions our homes and our
business interests are here we
have stood ready and still stand
ready to support any pre-
position that is for the better-
ment of Anadarko and' Caddo
county but we are convinced
that the proposed amendment
would be to the detriment of the
masses though perhaps benefi-
cial to the financial interests of
railroad promoters and we re-
fuse to barter our principles for
patronage or to be influenced or
co-erced by a withdrawal of pat
ronage and will stand unalter-
ably for the rights of the far
mer and the laboring man as
against special interests and
when this matter is submitted
on . June 11 whatever the
result we will still be found
working as hard as any citizen
or institution for the up-building
of Anadarko and Caddo -county.
