sioners tho amonded petition and
bond of .T. N. Wesnidgc otal. pray-
ing for the establishment of a drainage
district to bo known na Swan Lake
Drainago District Number Ono and for
the appointmont of viewors to view tho
lino of tho proposed ditch drain and
othoi improvements pravod for there-
in. That on the said 9th day of April
1910 the said hoard of County Com-
missioners duly appointed as viewers
of said ditch drain and improve-
