Dr. Brower of the State Univer-
sity at Norman was in the city
Thursday to visit tho High school.
He was woll plcasod with thojwork
of the Anadarko school and affili
ated it with tho No. 1 Bcbnols. This
entitles all graduates from tho Ana-
dnrko H'gh pchool to tho Freahraan
claBs n Norman without examina-
tion. Dr. Brewer spoke freely of
the good work and tho enthusiasm in
teachers work. Ho says that Anadar-
ko' a teachers are classed among tho
best in the state and are second to
none.
The "You and I' Club
The East'sido "U and I" Club was
entertained by Mrs. Dr. Boyd and
Mrs. Roy Cullen at tho home of the
former lueaday afternoon from 230
to 5. A full attendonco and an en-
joyable time was the result. Several
elaborate pieces of embroidery are in
process cf completion one being
that just finished by Mrs. McDavitt

Instrumental music was rendered
by Mrs. Kunkell Mrs. Starkweather
and Mrs. Lawrence.
