"I'luiy reeognio tin boiielit obtained
' by advertising. When a general
advertiser is convinced tliat a paper
lias an absolute rate; and tliat lie is
-getting his advertisement in it as
oheaply as anyone else can be will
be Kitislicd to stay with that paper.
The low prices which many of the
general advertisers pay to country
nuwNpapes have been whittled down
in the past by the publishers them-
imjIvcs.
Wo have one price to all. We
have no exception to this rule.
That we ate the advertising niedi-
inn of thix county can be plainly
reen by the amount of advertising
we carry. Our paper goes into
.more home of Attadarko than any
paper in the county therefore the
reason of its being the only good
-advertising medium in Caddo coun
ty.

HISTORICAL SOCIETY
Misting to Bo Hold at tho Court
House Tonight
A suggestion has been made that
a society be organized to preserve
the history of this section. The
movement has met with approval
by many and it is indeed a worthy
undertaking that should be support-
ed by every one.
The intention is to have the so-
ciety a county institution thus in-
tcresting every one in the new
country. Hecords curios biograph-
ical sketches of early settlers pic-
tures and everything el.se of inter-
est are to be collected and in after
years the material that can be se-
cured now will bo very valuable.
A meeting of nil who are inter
ested in the movement is requested
for tonight at the court house.
Mr. .lames MoDiiey who i work-
iug in this section in tho interest of
the Smilhisonian Iutitutc will
ho present and make a talk. Mr.
Mooney is well acquainted with
this country the people and their
history and hearing him will be a
pleasure. All interest mi invited
and requested to attend.
