The papers were today forwarded
to the Secretary of the territory
which will incorporate the Charles
Tipple Brick Co. at a 'capitalization
of $101100 paid up. The law linn
of Balder it Lyons drew the papers.

from Rolla -Mo. yesterday to join
her daughter .Mrs. .1. C. Ingram
on B sticct. She was accompanied
by ho grand children .Mrs. Ingram's
two bright little sons.
Rev. Dr. W. B. Palmore of St.
Louis will preach at the .Methvin
Institute chappel tomorrow morn-
ing and evening. Rev. I'almroe is
editor of tfie St. Louis Christian
Advocate and a prominent divine of
the 51. K. Church South. His ser-
mons will be well worth hearing.
Kditor Spivey of the Tribune in-
troduced us to John .Marcus this
morning. Later in the day .Marcus
called and spent a pleasant half
hour in the editors sanctum. He is
just from llarrisonvillc .Mo. where
he was proprietor and editor of the
Cass County Democrat. For twen-
ty years he was editor of the Ham-
ilton News (iraphie a progressive
paper published in the adjoining
county to our home. He drew a
tine claim near Law ton and is now
a resident of the new country.
