Caddo upon a judgment rendered in
said Court in favor of Ella Luschcn and
against Fred Luschen I have levied up-
on the following described personal
property of said defendent to-wit:
One team of gray horses one Stude-
baker wagon one single buggy with no
top one set of buggy harness one set
of work harness about fifteen hundred
bushel of corn in crib and about four
hundred bushel on ground.
Fifty acres of growing corn on west
sido of creek and four acres of growj
ing cotton on cast side of creek
Two milch cows and one calf four
brood sows and G5 head slioats.
Ali of above property on lots 2 and 3
of Sec. 34 Twp 8 North R 8 w. And
that I shall on Tuesday the 20th day
of August A. D. 1907 at the hour of
2 o'clock p. m. of said day on land
above described in said county
and Territory procoed to sell the right
title and interest of tho above named
Fred Luschen in and to tho above de-
scribed property to satisfy said judg-
ment and costs amounting to Nine
Hundred Fifteen dollars and 40 cents
together witfl all accruing costs of
sale at public auction to the highest
