Notice is hereby given That by virtue
of an execution to mo directed and de-
livered and now in my hands issued
out of the Probate Court Territory of
Oklahoma in and fr the County of
Caddo upon a judgment rendered in
said court in favor of The National
Bank of Anadarko and against Orange
Roads. I have levied uponlthe follow-
ing described personal property of said
defendant to-wit: The entire stock of
goods of said Orange Roads consisting
of plumbing material and supplies
electric light fixtures lamps piping of
all kinds" shafting steam fittings en-
gines and machinery of every descrip-
tion show case writing desk and many
other articles to numerous to mention.
And that I shall on Wednesday the 27
day of March A. D 1907 at itho hour
of 1 o'clock P. M. of said day on the
premises now occupied by said Orange
Roads in the city of Anadarko in said
Countj and Territory proceed to sell
the right title and interest of the above
named Orange Roads in and to tho
above descJibed property to satisfy
Baid judgment and costs amounting to
two hundred and ninety-eight dollars
and forty-five cents together with all
accruing costs of sale at public auction
to tho highest bidder for cash.
