RECALLED
You will doubtless recall the fact that lots in the
beautiful
Walcott Addition
Are sold upon the ridiculously easy terms of $io per
pair cash and $5 per month per pair and are going
very rapidly.
This should recall to you the necessity of buying
now in order to get better selections and locations than
it will be possible for )ou to obtain a little later.
Another pleasant thought that you will doubtless
recall and that is our very easy and economical plan
of improving which makes the rent-payer look like an
extravagant individual.
Why do you not grasp your opportunity and be-
come one of the wise ones and not one that persists in
plodding along in blind ignorance of the chances await-
ing you.
Call and sec us today or call phone 57 and let
us tell you all about the proposition and take you out
and show you.
