TAxV NOTICE THAT A REAL
CUT PRICE SALE
ON ALL LADIES' AND CHILDREN'S
Coots Suits and Dresses
STARTS SATURDAY MORNING. DECEMBER 1 1 .
The passing of December 24th practically brings to a close the opportunity
of selling ladies4 garments at a profit.
The principal reason for this unsatisfactory state of affairs speaking from
the view point of a merchant lies with the merchants themselves.
Yet we candidly say that the unseasonable weather of the past fifteen days
has been the most potent factor in bringing about this reduction in price before
January 10th.
Had it not been for the extremely bad weather of the past two weeks we
would have gone into inventory with an astonishingly low stock of ladies'
garments. As it is we realize that wc must do some RADICAL PRICE
CUTTING and do it before "Xmas" in order to clean up the stock.
This is. one concern that tries to keep its fingers on the public's pulse and
the symptons indicate NOW IS THE TIME TO ACT FOR BIG SALES IN
OUR GARMENT DEPARTMENT.
We want you to distinctly understand that this ad is SINCERE IN ITS
STATEMENTS-TO THE POINT IN ITS TRUTH and you'll find things
just as wc represent them REAL REDUCTIONS FROM REAL PLAIN
FIGURE PRICES.
