Section 1. The open season for
killing deer shall be from November
1 to neceiler 1 of each yenr. und

shall lie unlawful to hunt or chase
deor or antelope at any time with
dog. It shnll be unlawful to hunt
shoot shoot at. or chase in any man-
ner any antelope within this state
for a period of fivo years from tho
date of taking effect of this act and
thereafter only from November 1 to
neccmber 1. and the limit for open
season shall be one buck antelope.
Section It shall bo unlawful to

can or blue quail except from No-
ember 15 to February t; or any wild
turkey except one wild turkey polt-
bloc front March 15 to April If and
three wild turkeys from November
15 to January 1. or any prairie chick-
en except from September 1 to No-
vombor 1 or any snipe plover cur-
lew or other shore bird or any duck
pooso. brant crane or swan except
from August t5 to May 1. or any
Mongolian. Chinese. Knpllsh. rlnu-
neck or other pheasant until Novem-
ber I. 1!H. and thereafter only from
November i to December 1 or any
passenger pigeon at any time. Pro-
vided that it shnll be unlawful to
kill or capture or to shoot at any
of the game or birds enumerated In
this act. on the first day of the week
commonly called Sunday Any orson
vloatinp this provision shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor and on conviction

less than twenty-five (25) dollars
nor more than one hundred ($100)
dollars or by Imprisonment in the
discretion of the court.

Section 1. It shall Imj unlawful at

as specifically ttermltted by luw.
Section 2. The state fish and gum
warden may Issue to any jverson of
the age of fifteen years or more who
shall present to him written testi-
monials of two well-known ornitholo-
gists or any well-known scientific
Institution certifying to Ids good cliar-
ncter and fitness n permit authoriz-
ing lit in to take nm! ship within ot
out of the state birds and their eggs
and nests for scientific purposes.
Hnch Mrson shall pay a fee of one
dollar I $11 which shall lie turned
over to the state treasurer to be
credited to the gamu protection- fund.
A record of all iiermlts Issued under -the
provision of this section shall be

den open to the Inspection of the
public. On proof that the holder of
such penult has killed or captured '
birds nests or eggs for other than
scientific puriKMCH he shall on con-

Section 15. Nothing contained in
this act shall prevent a citizen of
Oklnhoma from keeping In captivity
as a domestic pet nny bird lawfully
obtained or Interfere In nny way with
the trade In such birds ns are not
Indigenous to tho United State.

by this act.
ARTICI.I-: I.
Section I. It shall be unlawful to
hunt within the state of Oklahoma
without a proper license except as
herein provided.
Section 2. Any citizen of the
state over fourtuoo years of nge.
who has resided thoreln for sixty
days Immediately preceding his ap-
plication therefor may obtain a hunt-
ing license for himself from the state

landed deputy wardens or from the
bounty clerk of the county of his
residence on flllnp mi application
therefor with the Issuing officer ac-
compnnlod by an affidavit staling tils
name ape place and time of resi-
dence and postofflce address weight
height and the color of his hair and
eyes which facts shnll also be suit-
ed In the license Issued to him. and
paying to such Issuing officer tho

(11.25); Provided that no license
shall be required for hunting upon
one'g own premises actually owned
or leased and occupied.
Section 3. Any citizen of the Unit-
ed States who has not been a res!-
dent of Oklahoma for the sixty days
immediately preceding his application
thereto- may obtain .a hunting li-
cense for himself In the same manner
as ! provided for the issuing of a
resident hunting license except to '
hunt deer turkey or prairie chicken
on payment to the Issuing officer
of the sum of fifteen dollars ($t5.00.)
Section I. Any alien may obtain a
hunting license for himself from the.
state game and fish warden or any
ot his bonded deputies or from the
county clerk of any county In tho

poed by law. Any person holding
a hunting license shall while hunting
produce snme for Inspection on de-
mand of any citizen of the slate or
any officer duly authorized to enforce
the game law. No holder of any hunt-
ing license shnll nt any time ulter
or change or lend or transfer to an-
other such license nor shall any pei-
son have In possession while hunt-
ing license Issued to another.

duce his license and Identify him-
self a tho person to whom such

not over ten feet in length or taking
of fish other than bass out of the
Arkansas Cimarron or South Cana-

'Doggy. Muddy lloggy and Clear Hog-
gy rivers. Nothing In this section
shall apply to private ponds.
Section No person shall tako
any fish from any private pond in
any manner except that he have tho
consent of the owner or occupant
of the laud upon which said pond U

Section 3. .No person shall deposit

mite poison drug or other deleteri-
ous substance in any of the streams
lakes or ponds of this state tor the
uprpose of injuring poisoning or

son violating the provisions of this

ished by fine of not less than one

dollars or by imprisonment in the

Section S. Said warden shall seize
and take possession of any and nil
game birds or fish taken killed
shipped or had In possession contrary
to law; such seizure may be made
without a warrant. All game birds '
or fish so seized shall be disposed ot
in such manner as may be determin-
ed and directed by the state game
warden or any court of competent Jur-

may search without warrant any per-
