Dr. Gardner accidentally let the nee
dle prick his finger.
Since then boh Dr. Mltehani and
Dr. Gardner have been very til from
blood poisoning. They nro both now
out of danger but had a very nar

trial tho Jury having stood six for
acquittal and six for conviction.
John Kills outered a plea of guil-
ty for carrying a concealed weapon
and was fned $2.1 and costs.
Hob Griffey chnrgod with soiling
Intoxlmtlng liquors was dismissed
by agreement of the county attor-
ney and tho defendant made to pay
tho costs.
Hob Griffey charged with assault
and battery ontored a plea of guil-
ty and assessed a flno of $15 and
costs.
