the execution tomorrow of I.azar Me
hojovlch alias George Morris con
victed of criminal assault. Mchojo-
vlch was Indicted for criminally as-
saulting a young girl named Hilda
Horchcrj on Aug. 3 l'JOC and was
tried nnd convcted last October. The
case was taken to tho supremo court
which trlhuuul refused a new trial.

Charles Robb who had charge of
the Wyandotte county pest house lo
cated four miles west of Kansas City
Kansas was talking to a newspaper
office. Ho was accidentally shot at
3 o'clock this morning. He had got
out of bed and went to the bath room
which Is in the basement of the pest
house. When climbing tho stairs on
Ms return nn automatic 38-callber re-
volver fell from his pocket. Six of
the cartridges in the gun exploded.
One of tho bullets struck Mr. Robb
In the left side nlsiut two Inches bo-
low the heart penetrating the Inter-
costil muscles and lodging near the
surface Just befow the shoulder blade
There was no physician that could
be summoned readily and the wound-
ed man probed the wound with his
finger. After two hours' work he
succeeded In dislodging the bullet.
Early this morning F. M. Itobb
brother of the wounded man and for-
merly a member of tho Kansas City.
Kansas council was notified of the
accident by telephone lien mo
wounded man left tho telephone he
was suddenly seized with a severe
hemorrhage of the lungB. He had
then went out Into tne yard and called
to a neighbor and Immediately faint
ed. Tho neighbor brought Mr. Robb
to a drug store at Eighteenth street
and Qulndaro boulevard In n wugou
where a heart stimulant was secured
Mr. Robb was hardly able to speak
he was so weak from loss of blood.
He Insisted on going back without
seeing a physician. Several persons
who were nt tho drug store endeavor
ed to persuade the Injured man to get
a doctor nt once but solicitations
