Tho most Important legislation need-
ed by Indian Territory Is tho removal
of restrictions. If tho restrictions on
tho salo and lo-iso of land were re-
moved and the red tnpo of tho Inter-
ior department abolished every town
in tho eastern half of Oklahoma would
double In sUo within twelve months
every merchant's business would be

ought to send men to congress nnd
to tho senate who aro specially fitted
to do till work because it is of su-
promo Importation to tho welfare of
tho state. It Is of special Importance
to the Indian land holder. If ho wants
to sell ho can get a better price; If ho
wants to keep his lan dhe can get a

The Interest of tho state Bhould not
