Order Governing Same Promulflated
by the U. S. Postal Authorities.
The following order relative to tlio
payment of box rentals at tlio post-
offices has been Issued. A copy of
tlio order Is In the hands of each
postmaster with Instruction to en-
force the order to the letter. Post-
master Douglas stated this morning
that the ordor would bo enforced In
the Ardmoro postofllco and those who
are delinquent In paying thulr box
rent will lose their boxes.

21 years old who shot and killed V.
P. Dlllworth was captured by Detec-
tives Chas. Colt and Webb Jones
eighteen miles southwest of horo this
morning. Cole made a full confession.
Ho said lro struck Oklahoma City
with ten cents in his pocket. Ho look-
ed for n placo to rob to got enough
money to go to Santa Kosa Califor-
nia. Kntorlng Dlllworth's ho naked to
see a gun n 41-Colfs. This ho loaded
with cartridges and demanded Dill-
woflh to throw up his hands. Ho
ninrto the demand Iho times. Dili-
worth rofiued. whereupon Colo shot
him dead. There Is much excltomont
