Ohio was resumed today. John O'Brien
of Lima Ohio superintendent of tho
Buckeye Pipe Lino company was put
on the stand. When asked what was
his business witness appealed to tho
court. Ho said his answer would tend
to eliminate him and asked for Im-
munity from futuro prosecution.
Attorney Phelps for the dofenso re-
marked "Well I guess wo will havo

extends tho Immunity. No more ob-
jection to answering questions was
