bo admitted to tho union at tho pres-
ent session of congress in tho opinion
of John C. Tarsnoy former Judgo of

But It may bo that when tho pres-
ent bill Is submitted to tho houso It
may bo divided Into two bills ono
dealing with Oklahoma and Indian
Territory and tho other with Now
M'oxlco and Arizona. Or tho samo
thing may happen when It readies
tho senate It scorns to bo tho feeling
of course that tho scnato Is going to

what this action may bo is to bo
shown later. But as I havo said In tho
end I anticipate- that Oklahoma and
Indian Territory will bo brought In-
