year. In fact some actual work has
been done hirt west of Ardmore. '1 he
latest Rock Island nnps Indicate the
proposed line as a part of the Frisco-
Kock Islsnd system but the Rock Isl
and company alone Is said to be be
hind the project at thi time.
The new line will be about 200 miles
In length and l.awton will h the halt
way point. It li contemplated that a
freight division .rdnt will ba estab-
lished her-1 and possibly i pastenger
division later on.
