well known citizen of Prior Creek has
been drowned in tho stream wost of
this placo known as Prior crook and
his body has not boon recovered.
Mr. Keith was nccompanled by his
wlfo and drove Into tho stream which
wbb swollen but not considered dan-
gcrou3 fording but when about mid-
way tho stream the wagon capsized
and both wore carried down tho cur-
rent where Mr. Keith mannged to
push his wife out on the bank but
in doing so ho becamo exhausted and
was drowned. A search Is being made
for tho body.
