legal marriage last night. Dclonoy

tho marriage on the ground that the
woman had been married at tho mis-
sion house a year ago and was not di-
vorced. The minister and the few witness-

tho dramatic climax but they could
not doubt Superintendent Ashloy's
earnest and circumstantial story. Dr.
Smart declined to proceed with the
ceremony. Dolaney thanked Ashloy
hut the woman became hysterical.
