the required bonus.
Tho A. & C. will begin running mail
cars on May 10.
" Tho A. & C. Is supposed to bo own-
ed by tho 'Frisco ind its extension
eastward Is .believed to bo a part of
a general plan to make a great trans-
continental railway. The A. & C. Is
now building westward and will soon
bo connected with the Oklahoma City
& Western also a 'Frisco line. Vork
Is already in progress on tho exten-
sion of the O.. C. & W. to Phoenix
Ariz. A continuation of the A. & C.
eastward to Birmingham is' now a
