municipal authorities who have
been communicatod with in all
parts of tho country but also to
the accommodation of the general
public.
Washington has always sustained
a good reputation as a generous
entertainer of tho public and thern
will ho no departure from this rule.
It will bo tho aim of tho committee
not only to maka tho ceremonies of
exceptional interest but to exer-
cise n policy which will protect
visitors from imposition. There
