The Young Men's Christian Association is entering upon its
seventh gear of activitg in the life of Tulsa.
The gears that are gone have been frauglvt with hope health
strength and happiness lo the men and bogs of this city.
They have been gears of constructive growth even as Tulsa
formance; gears of fulfilled pledges lo ihc manhood and bog-
hood of Tulsa.
Thcg have been gears of constructive growth even as Tulsa
itself has grown.
On this the thrcshhold of another gear the Young Men's
Chrisiian Association finds itself with a program crowded full
for the mental physical spiritual and social betterment of men
and bogs. x
As complete as have been the past six gears plans for ihc cur-
rent gear indicate that it will be ihc greatest in the history of
the local association. Funds arc needed to carry on this work.
The Young Men's Christian Association needs $50000 for its
current year's expenses.
It is asking gou to give that amount this week. A committee
will call on you.
