St. John's church (Episcopal)

m. in the Presbyterian church. All
are invited to attend.
The conference will close its ses-
sions Monday. There is a large
amount of business yet to be trans-
acted but the intention is to
adjourn in time for the ministers to
catch the afternoon trains.
Alien Crockett returned last evenj
ing from the Creek nation where he
went last week with a Vinita hunt
ing party. He had the bad luck to
have his best coon dog killed acci
dently shot by Sam Rldenhour who
mistook it for a wolf. Sam Riden-
hour had killed a deer and several
wild turkey had been killed by other
members of the party.

We received a letter recently we
were unable to read. We failed to de-
termine the nationality of the writer.
The only words we were able to make
