There will be presented at the Audi

'agreeable surprise" in the perform
ance of Skakespeare's "Henry the
Eighth" with Mr. Louis James In the
role of "Cardinal Wclsey." Personally
Mr. James has been and Is a leading
and bright particular Btar in the
theatrical firmament with a following
second to no other actor of equal at-
tainments. Mr. James has prepared
an entire new production of this
Shakespearian masterpiece as origin-
ally presented by the late Edwin
Booth and it is described as an offer-
ing of splendid magnificence the
scenery being beautiful in coloring
and In arrangement easily suggesting
the atmosphere of the times.
For some weeks past indeed since
the initial announcement that Mr.
James was to present "Henry the
Eigth" in Vinita there has been an
undercurrent of gossip concerning the
approaching performance and with
the interest growing as the eventful
time draws nearer it is well to know
that the advance sale of reserved
