for the slaughter of quail will be over.
Mrs. L. W. Houk left this morning for
an extended visit at her old home in Tex-
as. Garland Mans and E J. Overley are
shooting quail on Mayor Park's farm to-
day. Mrs. W. H. Kornegay delightfully enter-
tained a nun.ber of young friends last
