Bill Rogers colored was arrested
yesterday afternoon by cnief of police
Webb and fined $9.50 for being drunk
disorderly. Officer Britt had to ar
rest him again last night and he gave
bond this morning and his hearing
postponed.

this city filed incorporation papers
yesterday. The officers of this com-
pany are C. W. Gormley president;
G. G. Seamon vice president and J.
H. Huckleberry secretary and
treasurer.
The Coffeyville High School base
ball team arrived last night and is
now engaged in an attempt to defeat
the Wiliie Jlalsell college team.
