Evangelist Culpepper saye he
vranta to convert Vinita because i
is a kind of "Jerusalem" of the
Indian territory the center of in-
llnence and the gateway to this
wonderful country. He is in thf

place is correct.
There ia little said these days
about the Soper bill. A few opies
scattered over the Indian territory
here and there is all that remains
and they will soon find their way

government for the people of the
Indian territory whose kindness
and hospitality he attempts to re-
ward by a four years political
graft.

party lines in her city election. We
can safely judge the future by the
past and none will say but demo
crats and republicans have worked
harmoniously together for the bet
terment ol the city. Ardmore
uends no antagonistic element
such as party lines would produce.
A mixed council works well Ard.
