B. C. Burnett of Snyder Okla. Is
visiting his brother in law C.J. Hunt.
D.G. Elliott of Chelsea is in the

Judge J. A. Gill did not return this
morning from Washington as had
been expected. He will probably be
in tomorrow.
Marriage licenses were issued yes-
terday to Hiram E. Vanover of Hol-
low and Miss Myrt le Johnson of Welch
and to D. H. Nickerson and Miss
Ethel Payne both of Welch.
Robert Blakeney formerly of Vinita
was in the city to'iay visiting friends
He will next week begin traveling for
the Rldenhour-Baker Grocer company
of Kansas City. He will have this
country for his territory and will spend
every other Sunday at home here.
