Is a genuine specific for dis
eases of the stomach and
organs of digestion ami nutri-
tion. No other medicine has
had so remarkable a success in
curing diseases affecting the
heart liver and lungs when-
ever these diseases as is com
monly the case were caused
by "weak stomach "and im
pure blood. Food imperfectly '
digested cannot be perfectly
assimilated. "Golden Medical
Discovery " restores the organs
of digestion to perfect working
order. Foul blood must re-
sult in a foul body. The " Dis

blood-making glands so in
creasing the quantity and qual-
ity of the blood supply. It
has been tried by over half-a-million
people. It has cured

HIS OWN MASTER
MR FREEMAN IS DEAD.
And has Brought Suit Against his
Grandmother and Former
Guardian for the Return of a
Sum of Money Allowed her
by the Court.
A Well-known Attorney of Wagoner
Passed Away This Morning.
Bernard D. Burns has brought
suit against his grandmother and
guardian Mrs. Bridget Burns in
the Montgomery county Kansas
probate court at Coffey ville. Mrs.
Burns charged and was allowed by
the court $1700 fur his guardian
ship and expenses and now since
the plaintiff has reached his ma
jonty he has denfanded its return
or a portion of the amount. The
case is attracting considerable at
tention and will perhaps be ap
pealed to the higher courts. Ber-
nard Burns has bad a turbulent
career for a boy of his age. He
was kidnapped and carried away
to a Baltimore Catholic school for
incorrigibles in the fall of 1898
which it is said grew out of a dif-
ference be bad with his grand-
mother and bis aunt Lizzie Burns.
Bernard waa mostly raised and
educated by his uncle Samuel J.
uurns ot this city with whom he
has always chose to make his
home. The story of young Burns'
upe and downs would read like a
romance if put into print.
