along Grand river in the smallpox in-
fected district that no more children
front that section wvuld be received
into the colored high school at pres-
ent or uutil all darker from the dis-
ease had disappeared.

ta so far as to prohibit the people
of said points from coming to Vi-
nita until said board of health shall
