annually said Itconso to bo Issued by tho Board of County Coinmlsslners
ot the county in which the ferry Is located for which a foe of not loss than
twenty ttvo dollars a year slmll bo paid said fco to bo payable in cnual
quarterly Installments to tho Board of County Commissioners; provldod
that no license blu.ll bo isauod under this net utlnl the person applying for
same shall lmve entered Into 11 bond to tho Board of County Com-
missioners In n sum not less than ono thousand dollars with not less thnn
