over the recent election In the Second
and Third Oklahoma congressional
districts where both parties cLUm

Ferguson. Republican candidate In the
Second district visited state head-
quarters toduy a.id was In consultation
with State Chairman Hunter. Mr.
Fvrgtmon claims to have carried nine
of the fifteen counties with a total
msjority over Fulton iDem.) of about
100. It is admitted at Republican
headquarters that the vote was close
but it waM said that Demo-rats are
claiming majorities which do not exist.
Mr. Perg uon declares bis reduced ma-
jority is due to the success of the
Democratic county tickets In twelve
of ilie fifteen counties a local sweep
not anticipated. Irregularities are
charged in Oklahoma Kills and Harper
counties. Mr. Fulton Is claiming the
district by more than 800 majority.
In the Muskogee district similar
situation prevails. Ora u Victor of
Aft on. I. T. who managed the Repub
lican tongreaalonn! campaign there
was clso at state headquarters today
and claims the district for P. C Hub-
Imid (Rep.) by approximately i0.).

Wbgonei counties but these are also
claimed by the Democrats
The Democratic congressional com-
mittee has iot withdrawn Its original
estimate of Davenport's mujoilty be-
ing about l.Ot'0.

tests are piobable in both dlbtricts In
connection with the Third district
election fra id Is alleged on the part
of Republican In Muskogee anl
Wagoner counties as well as other
irregularities. The negro vote in both
counties la w Id to have hem heavy.
