The Quthrle Gun club will give a
shoot at Electric nark on Suudav and
Monday mornings. At Monday's shoot
several professional sportsmen will
participate in the Labor Day shoot
which the local club expects to make
the biggest event ever held In this
city. All sportsmen of the territory
are Invited to attend the shoot. The
local club is arranging to organize a
rifle team which will compete ouco a
year with the teams of the state

Paving Bids Opened Tonight.
The city council wtlLJlteet tonight
to open bids for paving of Cleveland
and Harrison avenues and all prop-
erty owners along those streets are
urged to be present and decide for
themselves whether they want the as-
phalt the single or double brick pav-
ing .and will be given the privilege
to reject any or all bids if not consid-
ered reasonable. Many of the prop-
erty owners along Cleveland avenue
favor aanhalt while the property
owner on Boat Harrison avenue want
the brick continued from the business
section of the city.
