Caption: "For a lot of Calera residents answering their telephone may not have afforded as much pleasure Saturday as it has in the past. The Cherokee Telephone Co. has completed installation of a one party system for their town eliminating all two and four party lines. Cherokee's owner Bill Young, said by mid March all of the Bryan County towns in the phone network will be switched to the one party system."
