tory of Oklahoma not more thnn two
ot whom shall bo of tho samo politi-
cal party who shall tako an oath to
support tho constitution of tho Unltod
Statoe and faithfully discharge their
several duties as members of said
board and who shall meet at such
time and placo as tho prosldont shall
doslglmto and 0rganlzo nnd elect from
thelr momborship a chairman and sec-
retary of the board; nnd said board
