"I do not speak with authority; I

prove by the editorial pages of nearly
all of our leading dailies that I have
excellent prospects of rivnalring a

of my life.
"The -trouble with our government
today is that it is too much influenced
in its operations by men whose only
loyalty is loyalty to tho money bags.
"Will it pay? has been substituted
for 'Ib It right?' an1 as a consequence
our legislative assemblies city state

eges are knocked down to the highest j
UlUUUi.
"One evidence that our party was
honestly seeking to secure justice to
the masses in 1890 and-1000 Is to be
found in the fact that our campaign
funds were insignificant in both cam-
paigns. In 1892 the Democratic party
collected a large campaign fund from
tho corporations. It spent more than
$1000000 In tho two states of New
York and Indiana alone and what was
tho result? The most plutocratic ad-
ministrations ever known. We wit-
nessed a surrender to organised and
predatory wealth so abject and so
completo that seven yenrs of oxlle from
power have not cntlroly removed the
stain from the party. You ask why I
nm opposed to the reorganization of
the Democratic party. Because I
want my party to define the rights of
tho people; I want It to be the fearless
champion of their Interests; I want it
to present the moral Iseue involved In
public questions and to appeal to the
public conscience.
"When the next Democratic conven-
tion undertakes to write a new plat-
form It will find the last one a model
of clearness and consclseness and of
square dealing; and I hope that the
delegates to the convention will be in-
structed by the various states to en-
dorse It.

you sick all over for it is a dis-

through the system and for this
reason sprays washes inhalers

failures.
The way to cure Catarrh thor-
oughly and permanently is to cleanse
the blood of the unhealthy secretions
that keep the membranes of the body
inflamed and nothing does this so
