heirs of said Peter Weinand have

land and Nicholas Welnand the two
adult heirs of Peter Weinand above'
named.
Affiant further says that tho said '
ward Nicholas Welnand Is the grand
son of Peter Welnand. and Jacques1
Welnand and Nicholas Welnand sen-
ior aie the only children and heirs at
law of the said Peter Welnand and
that the said ward Nicholas Jacques
and Nicholas Welnand above named
are the only heirs at law of Peter
Weinand deceased.

ward himself Jacquos Weinand and
