The recent dry weather has caused
the bogs and swamps which surround
McPherson to dry up and the toads
which are unusually numerous this
year have invaded the town.
Traffic of almost all kinds has been
uspeade-J. Street cars bicycles and
buggies can not be used while the
toads hop about the streets. Horses
can hardly be driven along tho streets
because their fear ot tho toads.
The city officials will talto steps to
rid tho town of the pusts.
